1.Chop (two) chicken legs into small pieces.Rinse clean and boil in hot water for a while.Remove from hot water.Dice onions, mash garlic,and then peel and cube potatoes.
2.Pour 3 big spoons of cooking oil into a pot.Fry mashed garlic and diced onions until brown.Add chicken and fry together.Stir in "Wang Shouyi" curry powder, salt,soy sauce, sugar,and an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil.
3.Simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.Then,add potatoes and cook until soft.When soup has heavily reduced,remove from heat and serve.
