1. Every 45g of this product can be used to make 5-7kg meat stuffing and 7-9kg vegetarian stuffing.
2. In making stuffing, add this product into the stuffing and mix evenly and preserve for 10 min. The flavour will be better absorbed.
3. When the dish is braised or fried until 80% cooked, add 2-4g for meat dish, 1-3g for vegetarian dish. So the taste will be better.
4. In preserving vegetables and pickles, this product can be added directly according to one’s taste.
