1. Each small bag contains 5g of the condiment, which can stew (marinate) about 500g. (for stewing soup, 500g meat is added with about 1300g water. 2. The condiment bag should be put in at the same time with the foods to be stewed and need not be torn open. However if the bag is broken, it won’t affect the stewing effect.
