Use
When frying, add it in when the dish is 80% cooked, when making soup and noodles add it in just before serving, when preserving vegetables and pickles directly add it in from the beginning. The taste will be better.
Suggested Usage
2-4 g for braising or frying meat dishes, 1-3 g for vegetarian dishes. Every 30g can be used to make 3-4kg of meat stuffing, 4-6kg vegetarian stuffing and for 45 medium bowls of soup and noodles.
